![]() Thankfully surviving the damage outside of storm/annihilate one-shots was pretty easy, but blood was definitely the most technical of the 3 I’ve done, and it’s pretty hard not to just screw something up and instantly die. I found it surprising that the horrors actually cast their storm, since I don’t think blood has any way to aoe interrupt it(?), so I ended up orbing every single wave, and having to time it pretty carefully in P2 (which is hectic enough as-is with having 3 infernals from p1). The 4 you get can be nothing/rune tap/IBF+rune tap/VB+Rune tap+Scale (or another good trinket, if available), with purgatory as a fallback if you’ve managed to keep it to that point (I found red thirst pointless). Kruul actually has much less health than the other 2 challenges I’ve seen (bear/war), so beating annihilate 5 is pretty easy as blood. Otherwise just play cautiously whenever infernals are big/about to revive, and freely use CDs if anything goes wrong (the phase should feel very comfy to survive if it’s going correctly). For the eyes, I cleared them out whenever I needed to reset my health stacks, or if they were getting out of hand. That lets you gather them up away from velen, drop a DnD on them as they start their AoE, and orb after the channel starts to interrupt them. Note you don’t have to aggro the horrors in this phase hit Variss and they should all beeline for you. ![]() Variss has quite a bit of health, but going slow and steady in p1 is fine (Just means more infernals.
